Manufacturing process of three-dimensional characters

LED is used as the light source to make 3D 3D characters, which are beautiful in the day and bright at night, power saving, energy saving and durable. The following is about the production process of 3D 3D characters:

1. The three-dimensional character shell is made. The plate parts are welded into three-dimensional effect by welding, the plate is punched, and then the polishing process is carried out, followed by the baking process for the shell, and the corresponding color baking treatment is carried out according to the design.

2. Make and install LED light source, reasonably design and calculate the placement position of LED lights, so as to form LED modules, calculate the total power consumption of all LED light sources and reserve some power margin, and install the LED lights inside the fabricated housing.
